Citizens has 24,000 lines for 20,000 customers in 17 counties. The coop came right out of the gate in March of 2005 using both MPEG-2 and Windows Media 9, the Microsoft alternative to MPEG-4, allowing Citizens to offer HD and video-on-demand for its IPTV offering.
