Blue Valley maintains 4,500 access lines across 12 exchanges for 2,500 customers on an ADSL/ADSL2+ network. The cooperative launched IPTV more than two years ago, and is in the process of going all fiber, using Gigiabit Passive Optical Networking technology. The entire upgrade is expected to be done by around mid-2010.
