SureWest also doesn’t exactly fit in the 30,000-line-or-less Fierce 15 model; it maintains 125,000 access lines, but it deserves recognition here nonetheless. SureWest launched fiber-to-the-home in 2002, IPTV in 2004 and was the first telco to launch hi-def IPTV in 2005. The program lineup now comprises 300 channels, 24 of them HD.
