Telefonica del Sur: FierceIPTV readers often have asked me to take a closer look at TV service providers in Latin American countries, and particularly in South America. That has been a tough challenge from my perch in Chicago, so instead of trying to spot the inarguable leader, I've picked this Chilean provider with 25,000 TV customers (according to vendor Latens) as my upstart choice.
