Illinois-based rural telco Comsolidated Communications, which has operations spread throughout parts of Illinois, Texas and Pennsylvania, added more than 1,500 IPTV subscribers during the first quarter and increased its IPTV footprint by more than 4,500 additional households. The company now has 18,207 IPTV customers.
