The New York Times reported that as part of the Obama administration's new anti-trust focus, the U.S Department of Justice is investigating some telcos' complaints about the progamming availability practices of some of the major cable TV companies. Cablevision Systems, in particular, came under fire recently for not making high-definition local sports content available to Verizon. The telco filed a complaint with the FCC.
