Espial teams with Power & Tel

Longtime video-on-demand provider and software vendor Espial Group, based in Canada, has formed a resale partnership with U.S. distributor Power & Tel under which the latter will distribute Espial's MediaBase VoD technology to telcos in multiple regions in the U.S. Espial acquired the MediaBase solution via its acquisition of Kasenna last year.
