The House Communications Subcommittee has scheduled a hearing on the Federal Communications Commission's new net neutrality rules for Feb. 16, according to published reports.

Non-profit group Public Knowledge, meanwhile, has launched a campaign to protect the rules, asking members to contact their representatives in Congress and ask them to support the new regs.
