SPOTLIGHT: Tiscali IPTV snags Sky channels

Broadband ISP Tiscali UK scored a programming deal with BSkyB that will give the IPTV player the full complement of basic Sky channels. Launched in 2001, Tiscali is now the third largest broadband provider in the United Kingdom, with 1.7 million subscribers.
