AT&T expands U-Verse in California

AT&T expanded its U-Verse service coverage in California after the state passed favorable legislation regarding video franchising. U-Verse is now available in the Los Angeles, Long Beach and Santa Ana area, which includes Altadena, Anaheim, Burbank, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Glendale, Laguna Niguel, Orange County, Santa Clarita and Tustin. The service is also available in the Oxnard, Thousand Oaks and Ventura area as well as the Riverside, San Bernardino and Ontario area. New subscribers can choose from five TV packages and three Internet packages, starting as low as $44 a month.
