TelcoTV: Horizon picks SeaChange, RGB for ad insertion

Horizon Telcom in Chillicothe, Ohio, has chosen SeaChange and RGB Networks for ad insertion on HDTV offerings. That reflects just how popular HD has become. SeaChange is demonstrating the HD ad insertion capabilities at the TelcoTV show in Orlando this week. SeaChange is also showcasing multi-screen video distribution capabilities.
