TI unveils PIQUA for IP QoS testing

Texas Instruments launched a new system of IP quality management tools called PIQUA. Service providers can use PIQUA to monitor their VoIP, video over IP, IPTV and Internet-based music services. The product is a joint venture between TV and industry partners Motive and Viola Networks. PIQUA aims to empower providers to improve their subscribers' experience, while reducing overall network operating costs.
