Last week we reported that UTStarcom planned on making $100 million this year, now Indian service provider Bharti Airtel has announced that it's working with UTStarcom to launch IPTV services in the country by year-end. The companies are already testing the IPTV service in Delhi, but by the end of the year the national capital will have a 150 channel lineup from the SP. Airtel noted that it plans on inking deals directly with TV channels in order to expand beyond the 150 channels already set to go. Airtel also noted that "the investment is significant."
