New York-based Teliris makes interactive telepresence technology. The company raised $40 million in February in Series A funding co-led by Columbia Capital and Fidelity Venture.

Adspace Networks Inc., a New York-based operator of an in-mall digital video advertising network, raised $20 million in Series E funding in June. Investors were co-led by The Walnut Group and The Hauser, Davis & Tyso.

Investors include Norwest Venture Partners, Matrix Partners, North Bridge Venture Partners and OmniCapital Group.
